The ingredient of Treacle Pork Rolls With Brussels Sprout Slaw
- 2 400g each pork fillets
- 2 tablespoons treacle
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 baguette cut into 4
- 1 4 cup 75g whole egg mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 200g brussels sprouts thinly sliced
- 1 red onion thinly sliced

- preheat oven to 180c brush the pork fllets with treacle season and set aside for 10 minutes to marinate
- heat the oil in an ovenproof frypan over medium heat cook the pork turning for 5 7 minutes until caramelised then transfer to the oven for 10 minutes or until cooked through remove and set aside loosely covered with foil for 5 minutes to rest then thinly slice
- meanwhile for the slaw combine the mayonnaise mustard and vinegar in a bowl add sprouts and onions then season and toss to combine
- to serve divide slaw among rolls and top with pork and pan juices
