- 500g coles australian 3 star beef mince
- 1 carrot finely chopped
- 1 zucchini finely chopped
- 1 red capsicum finely chopped
- 500g jar dolmio extra tomato onion roast garlic pasta sauce
- 1 4 cup basil chopped
- 250g pkt san remo large instant lasagna sheets
- 490g jar dolmio lasagne bechamel sauce
- 1 cup 100g shredded pizza cheese
The Instruction of beef and vegetable lasagne
- preheat oven to 180c heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat add mince and cook breaking up any lumps with a wooden spoon for 5 mins or until mince changes colour and is cooked through add carrot zucchini and capsicum and cook stirring for 5 mins add dolmio extra tomato onion roast garlic pasta sauce and 1 2 cup 125ml water bring to the boil reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 7 mins or until thickened slightly stir in the basil
- spread one third of the meat mixture over the base of a 6 cup 1 5l ovenproof dish top with one third of the san remo large instant lasagna sheets trimming to fit if necessary spread with one third of the dolmio lasagne bechamel sauce repeat layering twice top with cheese
- bake covering with foil if necessary to prevent overbrowning for 45 50 mins or until golden and cooked through stand for 5 mins before serving
