- 1 cup 90g rolled oats
- 1 medium ripe banana mashed
- 2 3 cup 190g greek style yoghurt
- 1 1 3 cups 330ml milk
- 1 tablespoon flaxseeds optional
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 small banana extra thickly sliced lengthways
- ruby red grapefruit segments to serve
- sliced strawberries to serve
- chopped walnuts to serve

The Instruction of banana bread overnight oats
- combine the oats mashed banana yoghurt milk flaxseeds if using vanilla and 1 tbs of the honey in a medium bowl cover with plastic wrap place in the fridge overnight to soak
- preheat grill on high place sliced banana cut side up on a greased baking tray drizzle with the remaining honey cook under the grill for 5 mins or until caramelised
- divide the oat mixture among serving bowls decorate with the grapefruit grilled banana strawberry walnut and extra honey
