  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large onion peeled and diced
  • 1 carrot peeled and diced
  • 3 teaspoons masterfoods crushed garlic
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 500g lamb strips diced
  • 1 teaspoon masterfoods marjoram leaves
  • 2 tablespoons masterfoods tuscan seasoning
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 can chickpeas drained

The Instruction of tuscan lamb casserole

  • heat the olive oil in a heavy based casserole dish over medium high heat
  • add the onion carrot and masterfoods crushed garlic
  • cook until softened but not brown
  • add the tomatoes and stir until heated add the lamb masterfoods tuscan seasoning and masterfoods marjoram leaves
  • add the white wine and cover with a lid
  • reduce the heat to medium continue to cook for 60 minutes or until the lamb is tender
  • add the chick peas and stir through the casserole cook for 5 minutes
  • serve with mashed potato
