The ingredient of Tuscan Lamb Casserole
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large onion peeled and diced
- 1 carrot peeled and diced
- 3 teaspoons masterfoods crushed garlic
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 500g lamb strips diced
- 1 teaspoon masterfoods marjoram leaves
- 2 tablespoons masterfoods tuscan seasoning
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 can chickpeas drained
The Instruction of tuscan lamb casserole
- heat the olive oil in a heavy based casserole dish over medium high heat
- add the onion carrot and masterfoods crushed garlic
- cook until softened but not brown
- add the tomatoes and stir until heated add the lamb masterfoods tuscan seasoning and masterfoods marjoram leaves
- add the white wine and cover with a lid
- reduce the heat to medium continue to cook for 60 minutes or until the lamb is tender
- add the chick peas and stir through the casserole cook for 5 minutes
